Urlaub bei Freunden

Christine und ich wollten uns noch einmal ganz herzlich für den großartigen Kurzurlaub bei euch bedanken.

Ich war eine Woche im April zum Basen-Intervallfasten in Ollers. Habe es rundum sehr genossen. Karin und Niki haben exzellente basische Speisen auf den Tisch gezaubert. Und mit Nordic Walken, Sauna, Dampfbad und Heil Massage ist die Woche wie im Nu verflogen. Vom 10 Grad „warmen“ Pool konnte mich jedoch Hubert nicht überzeugen. Michael

Durch unseren Yogaretreat am vergangenen Wochenende durfte ich eine wunderschöne Location kennenlernen. Karin, die Seele in diesen wunderbaren gestalteten Räumen, herzlich, charmant, immer ein offenes Ohr. Eine stilechte, warme Architektur, viel Holz, mit Nischen als Rückzugsoase zum Alleinsein, offene Türen zum Miteinanderplaudern, die Birgit und Hubert hier gestaltet haben. Im Ollers ein Wochenende verbringen zu dürfen ist ein Geschenk für Körper, Geist und Seele. Vielen Dank an meine liebe Yogalehrerin Roswitha, die dieses Haus dafür ausgesucht hat. Ich komme gerne wieder.
